Maven Consulting recently announced that its collaboration with CIMA+ will deliver transmission and distribution engineering and project delivery services for the B.C. Hydro and Power Authority.

The projects included in the contract mark are based on the utility’s commitment to modernizing its electrical grid while providing reliable energy to communities in the province. The work will advance its goals of electrification and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.

“We are thrilled to be working alongside CIMA+ and B.C. Hydro on such a critical portfolio,” stated Jesse Unke, president and CEO of Maven Consulting. “Maven Consulting’s focus on quality work and sustainable development align perfectly with the goals of this contract, and we are committed to delivering excellence every step of the way.”

The collaboration will leverage CIMA+’s expertise in energy and resources, combined with Maven Consulting’s utility and project delivery experience. The Master Services Agreement (MSA) has a seven-year term, with the potential for extension up to 20 years.

“We believe that our integrated service approach, developed over 11 years of successful projects, will be invaluable to B.C. Hydro as they work towards building a more resilient and sustainable energy infrastructure,” added Unke.
