Command Alkon adds Marcotte Systems

Command Alkon, a global software and solutions provider for the heavy building materials industry, has announced its acquisition of Marcotte Systems, a software solutions provider for the concrete industry.
The strategic acquisition includes all Marcotte products and brings all of the company’s employees into the Command Alkon team. Command Alkon expects the combined expertise and talents of the two companies will accelerate innovation and advance its next generation of Cloud applications and Artificial Intelligence (AI) for the ready mix concrete, aggregates, and asphalt technology industry.

Command Alkon has an expanding Command Cloud platform that includes dispatch services and puts a focus on industry innovation for operational efficiency and environmental stewardship. Marcotte Systems is known for its substantial investments in plant automation through the Marcotte Batch system and its AI-driven Mintelligent product.
